Black Forest Rock 'n Roll Circus Tour

In June this year, hubby - B40 - went away with a team of guys from Steiger and did an outreach in some of the small villages in the Black Forest. Someone has donated an old bus to Steiger, where the side folds down into a stage. But "old" is the right word, as it is notoriously unreliable and the brakes kept smoking!!!

So they took a crazy blend of the arts - juggling, painting, tall bikes, making big bubbles, unicycling, hair, stencilling, a tea-tent, bands, fire shows and heaps of other things to these villages where the youth are often bored and get into trouble because there is nothing to do. They had an amazing time and God did some great things among some of these youth as well as in the hearts of the team.

Anyway - B40 learnt to fire-breathe! Not something for the faint-hearted! But someone put together a collage of video and put it on clipfish. You can check it out here (B40 is the one on the left):

Oh my goodness, live footage of your life - how totally exciting for me! Katie, this is beautiful, keep it up - cause as you say it is a way of tracking your time away. I'm not a face booker, so this works for me. I do have a profile, but I just set it up so that I could look at some pics margot put on! I'll see you around in the Blogasphere matie!

Watch my blog for more Dermawand updates!

That is a way of tracking your time in Germany, not tracking your time away - cause blogging sure can take your time away!

Love what your lives are becoming, and cant believe that you have crossed the world to live like a Carnie - when you could have done that up the Whaka mate!

yep ang is right, the Carnie was just trying to get out, now you will know what to do when you come home aye! Yeah firebreathing in Whaka. Love the video!! Oh and by the way, is it only me who hates the word verification you have to do just to put messages on a blog? Whats with that? Its like reading letters while drunk.
